Snapshots of Ice Angels - Sparrow Village

A couple of weeks ago we had a mission team from the U.S. visit the kids at Child Haven. A journalist from the mission team stayed an extra week to do research for a newspaper article on the orphan crisis in South Africa. She joined me for last week's Ice Angels youth group meeting at Sparrow.

We were talking about who God is to us (Father, Friend, etc.). This was my favorite group's answer to how He is a Father to us -- very powerful considering the majority of these girls do not have a father-figure in their own lives.

Monday nights are getting to be a lot of fun! Thanks for your continued prayers for these precious teenage girls.
