The Devil Can't Do Me No Ha'm - Sparrow Village

I am thrilled to announce that Sparrow Village now has a brand new Stage Pass 300 sound system! I found a music store willing to discount the price, and Sparrow had a certain amount of funding designated for extracurricular use...so after an extra few months of waiting, our P.A. system is finally here!

The portable speakers will work wonderfully for hosting events at Sparrow (up until now they've had to shout over a crowd of 250 kids without a microphone), as well as for jam sessions with all my musicians (the vocalists often scream to be heard over the instruments).

We set up the speakers for the first time this afternoon and had an unofficial "Open Mic" event. The kids came up to perform song after song using the microphone. They were loving it! Here are two quick clips of some of the little ones singing:
